The Paris Prefecture de Police has an online facility to apply for a 'carte de séjour'. This will enable you to obtain a rendez-vous on their website.

When should I arrive ?
At least one week before courses start
Learning French in Sceaux
During the year : 1H30 a week (30 h/year)
for L1 et L2 Economics and Management students
These courses take place at Faculté Jean Monnet at Orsay.
